Karndean & LVT Flooring

From a wood-effect floor running through a living space to a patterned finish in a hallway, luxury vinyl tile flooring offers plenty of ways to make a room your own. Explore Karndean and other LVT options with The Ottery Flooring Company, including Moduleo samples in our Broad Street showroom.

Look beyond the colour

Plank or tile size, laying pattern and the way the floor meets adjoining rooms all influence the result. Bring photographs of your space, kitchen finishes or decorating ideas, and we will help you compare designs that work together.

Choose the right product and installation

Tell us which rooms you are updating and how they are used. We will check the chosen flooring's suitability and explain the installation method and care guidance. If you have underfloor heating or are planning building work, let us know at the start.

Plan the preparation as well as the floor

During a home visit, we can assess the existing floor and discuss the preparation needed. Levels, thresholds and the condition of the surface beneath your new flooring all deserve attention before installation. Your written estimate will explain the proposed work and costs.

Compare samples in your own home

We offer free measuring, samples to consider in your own light and fitting arranged through experienced fitters. If you are still comparing materials, explore our vinyl, wood and laminate options too.
